Ultimate Software is seeking System Access Administrator, to work on a part-time basis (24-32 hours per week). This person will work hands-on, configuring and troubleshooting application access for internal and external customers, leveraging Microsoft Active Directory, SQL, Citrix, Cognos and UltiPro applications. The System Access Administrator will work with a variety of cross-functional teams (Operations, Security, and Customer support) to perform daily job functions.
The qualified candidate will possess one to three years of user account provisioning in a Microsoft system environment. This position demands strong problem-solving expertise and multi-tasking abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Execute new user system account setup for Microsoft Active Directory, Citrix, SQL, Cognos, and UltiPro applications for internal and external customers
· Perform troubleshooting and maintenance requests for Microsoft Active Directory, Citrix, SQL, Cognos, and UltiPro applications, for internal and external customers
· Coordinate disaster recover account updates with customers
· Resolve customer escalations involving user account profile issues, password resets and report file placement
Requirements:
· 1 to 3 years of experience supporting technology based application.
· Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory access rights, user access provisioning, SQL access, Citrix and Operating System security.
· Knowledge of networking and management information systems terminology, concepts, and practices.
· Technical aptitude - ability to understand system functionality and architecture at a technical and business level

· Certification such as MCP, Citrix preferred but not required
